You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful educational purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Uploading copyrighted materials without proper authorization or ownership rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise disrupt Platform services or security measures.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any unauthorized programmatic access to the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials, allowing unauthorized access, or sublicensing your account to third parties.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any content designed to harm systems or users.
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform.

The Platform itself, including its software, design, branding, algorithms, and AI models, is the exclusive property of ExamFever AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our express written consent.

ExamFever AI uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions from your uploaded materials. While we continuously strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated questions are study aids intended to supplement your learning and are not guaranteed to comprehensively cover all exam material.
• You should verify critical information against authoritative sources, textbooks, and official curricula.
• We are not liable for any outcomes, grades, or academic results resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or inconsistencies and should be used as practice tools, not definitive sources.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Key terms include:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Please review the refund terms available on our pricing page before purchasing.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities, with or without prior notice.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases, and we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue using the Platform and delete your account.
